As we are sharing .sql data through a version control system, I'd like to be able to link a folder into my bookmarks. I tried to create a shortcut of the folder under .dbvis/Bookmarks, but dbvis does not accept that.
Did I miss something? Can I change my bookmarks location?
One more thing. You need Java 7 as it is supports soft links better than Java 6.

Re: Link to folder inside the bookmarks tab
Johannes,
If you are using a Linux/UNIX or Mac OS X system a soft link (ln -s) should work fine.
On Windows there is some equivalent feature but we've heard about mixed results.
We do have an open ticket to look into a supported way of sharing bookmarks. Not scheduled yet though.

Roger
