I am asked to specify Reference No when ordering the renewal. Where can I find it? Print

There are multiple ways to locate your Reference Number for DbVisualizer. 

1. Inside the DbVisualizer Application.  

You will find the Reference Number listed in the Help -> License Key window in DbVisualizer. When clicking the number, it will be copied to your clipboard.

2. In your purchase-related emails.  

You will also find the Reference Number in all purchase-related emails. If you have lost this number, please post a support request, and we will email it to you.
