Do the following to enable detailed debug output from DbVisualizer:

  1. Open Tools->Debug Window
  2. Click the Debug Log tab
  3. Enable the Debug DbVisualizer checkbox
  4. From now DbVisualizer will log its internal calls to the Debug Window, you may click the Contact Support button to initiate a support request

(The Debug JDBC Drivers checkbox may give a more detailed log based on what the JDBC driver(s) are logging. Debugging JDBC drivers is usually of less interest.)
