Redshift: Cannot connect with DbVisualizer 10.0.22 and later Print

Starting with DbVisualizer 10.0.22 there may be a problem to load the bundled JDBC driver for Redshift. Do as follows to fix:

Open Tools->Driver Manager and remove the current jar file for the Redshift driver entry
In the Driver Manager open Driver->JDBC Driver Finder and press Start
That will reload the Redshift driver
Close the Driver Manager and connect your Redshift connections
