Line and Block Commenting Not Working in 90.1851

When working with a SQL script via the Scripts tab or opening a script via File/Open, line and block commenting from the Edit menu, context menu or keyboard shortcuts do nothing. Pasting the contents of one of those files into a new SQL commander does allow commenting to work.
