BUG - Export to XLSX not dropping column header when column is deselected

When exporting to XLSX, all column headings are exported even when column are unselected for export. Column data is exported correctly. Export to XLS works correctly. _Example A - all data exported_ COL-A COL-B COL-C COL-D COL-E AAAA BBBB CCCC DDDD EEEE _Example B - Col C unselected_ COL-A COL-B COL-C COL-D COL-E AAAA BBBB DDDD EEEE
