To reproduce:
1. Create a script named "noname.sql"
2. Open script in editor
3. Rename the script to "noname2.sql"
Expected:
The editor in which the script is opened should change to reference the renamed file noname2.sql.
Actual:
The editor still displays noname.sql. If I press save, i get a warning "This file is no longer available for editing". Now if I click "Save", noname.sql is created again, but not displayed in the Scripts tree. Pressing "Reload from disk" shows that both noname.sql and noname2.sql exist.
