Hi, Please tell us a bit more about what you did when this happened. Also, please upgrade to the latest version in the 6.5 branch, i.e. 6.5.12 to see if that fixes the problem. The license you use for 6.5.4 is also valid for 6.5.12. If the problem persists after upgrading, please enable debugging (only for DbVisualizer) in Tools->Debug Window and post or email us the output. Best Regards, Hans
