How can I update the directory path for prefsdir? : DbVis Software

I am using version 8.0.8. My home drive was moved to a new server so I need to update the prefsdir.  Are I able to update the directory path?   When I open the program I now get an error as it can nolonger find the directory.

Bob,

The standard location for the DbVisualizer preferences directory is:

Windows: 
   C:\Users\\.dbvis

Linux/Unix: 
   /home//.dbvis

Mac OS X: 
   /Users//.dbvis

To set an alternative prefsdir path open the dbvis.vmoptions file in a text editor. This file is located in the root directory for the DbVisualizer installation.

Add on a new row:

-Ddbvis.prefsdir=

Change  to the new location of this directory.
