Dbvis 9.1.1, Cannot edit Blob values in Text editor!

Database is Oracle 10g The screenshot (20131017152814.jpg) is shows the Blob value in XML Viewer, but when i click the "Edit value in text editor" button on the right top of the window , the Blob value is missing and just shows the size of the value, just as the screenshot(20131017152837.jpg) shows!
