dbvis initializing start slow

my system is windows 2003 R2 64bit, dbvis 7.1 ,dbvis start is about three minute ? how slowly!  why

Hi,

Can you please export your settings using File->Export Settings and mail the settings.jar file to support@dbvis.com?
