Single Postgres connection with all databases

Hi, I have postgres server and want to connect it (which is successful) The only thing that i dont understand is that "How can i see a ll databases in ONE connection?" Currently when i am creating connection, in database field i have to set specific database name. Now we have 10+ databases that mean i have to create 10+ connections (which is not the case i think) Can someone help me on this issue. Thanks in advance.
