First, please upgrade to the latest official version. Easiest is that you open Help->Check for Update in DbVisualizer to perform the upgrade.
An alternative is that you download from our web site:
http://www.dbvis.com/download/
If you still see this problem after you have upgraded, please use Help->Contact Support to submit a support ticket so that we get more info about your configuration.
