show indexes on materialized views in the tree

Materialized views can have indexes. A simple overview of the would be very welcome.

Same thing for DB2 Materialized Query Tables. They have indexes that are not being shown in DB Visualizer 6.5.

Ronald, I will add so that indexes for Materialized Views are displayed much like how they are for Tables and Views. Rather simple fix so it should go into the next version. Thanks! Regards Roger
