Refresh Connections treeview to flag tables with row count changes

Hi folks An enhancement to consider, similar to "Show/Hide Table Row Count" (and with the same Confirmation Alert) but not dependent upon that option, would be to flag tables that have a different number of rows after a Refresh. At present you mark new tables after Refresh but it would be nice to see existing tables where row counts have changed too. Although, I admit, there are limitations to the scope of this feature - (a) doesn't (and shouldn't) indicate updates to existing rows, (b) wouldn't spot where an equal number of rows deleted as added.
