Primary key columns editor

In the primary key column chooser could a "select all" option be added please? This is useful for temporary tables (e.g. created via SELECT INTO commands) that have no primary key defined. Rather than having to think of which fields form the key it's often easier to simply select all fields if you just want to make a quick edit.
