Client Side Command to Execute External Commands

It would be really handy to be able to execute an external command from within script editor. For instance, one might wish to trigger an alert/email when a script completes. I currently accomplish by running the script using the command-line interface, but it would be nice to have the ability within the GUI as well.

Hi, We do have on the future list to support mailing as a command in the SQL Commander. I will add your vote for it. Regards Roger
