Save As in Reference tab should save position of all links

In the reference tab, you can save the current graph that you created for the tables. However, when you open the file after save, the position of the links are not what they were Saved As. This makes keeping complicated diagrams difficult.. All diagrams modified from what was initially displayed by DBVisualer must be saved off to another document form and cannot not be modified again by DBVisualizer.
