Option to delete table data before import

While it is simple enough to use SQL Commander to execute "DELETE FROM foo" before using the Import Table Data feature on an existing table, it would be nice if there was an option on the Import wizard to delete all rows prior to doing the insert (like the "drop existing table, if any" option for importing into a new table), so that I can do everything in one task.

Would it be possible to add this?
