MS-SQL - Show / Export / Edit Indexes DDL

When connected to a MS-SQL DB you cannot see the index's DDL code from within the navigation tree > Indexes
The list of indexes does not allow you to see/export the DDL code. (Which does work for Oracle DB's.)

Now you have to export the table, select the Indexes in order to see the DDL.
