Automatically select the schema you are connected to when expand "Schemas"

When you expand the node "Schemas" of a database connection, it would be useful if the schema you are using to connect to the database it will be automatically selected (i.e., it get the focus).

Re: Automatically select the schema you are connected to when expand "Schemas"
Hi, What database are you using? Any login database/schema is highlighted with the Default label next to the database/schema name. There is no automatic support to expand to the schema at connect level in the Databases list but you may look into making a favorite for the schema: If you then right-click the favorite button in the favorites bar and chose "Select Target Object" the database connection will be established (if not already) and the schema is made visible and selected in the databases tab. Re: Automatically select the schema you are connected to when expand "Schemas"
It would be awesome if you could implement this. We have some databases with 100s of schemas. A tidbit that might help others is that you can type the schema name while Schema is highlighted. The typed schema name will then be highlighted.

Hi Nathan, Have you tried right-click on a database connection and then activate Database Objects Filters->Show Only Default Database/Schema? Is that sufficient? Regards Roger

Good suggestion, but the activation of the Database Objects Filters is it possible on free edition, too? We cannot find that option from the right-click context menu. Cheers.
