When an object view tab is selected, the corresponding object should be selected and visible in the object tree on the left (and vice versa).
One of our developers accidentally deleted all rows in a table, because the correct table was selected in the object tree, but the object view tab was for another table. He looked in the objects tree, saw the correct table and clicked on Save.

Andreas,
The objects displayed in the Databases tab and any selections doesn't have any relationship with what objects are currently open in the object view tabs (to the right).
If there is a need to highlight the corresponding database object (in the Databases tab) that matches the object being displayed in an object view tab, click the path label in the lower part of the gray title area. It will then navigate the database tab to the corresponding database object.

Re: Keep object tree and object view in sync
Hello Roger,
can it be made configurable that whenever an object view tab is selected on the right, the corresponding element in the Databases tab is automatically selected and visible?

Andreas
