5.1: no database selection in SQL Commander with Informix

When i set "Show only default database or schema" and connect to an informix database, then no database is selected in SQL Commander. (Informix JDBC Driver 3.00JC3, Informix DB 9.40UC3) and i have to select the (only) database befor starting any SQL commands. With Oracle, the default schema is selected automatically. AFAIR in 5.0 the default db was choosen automatically too. Bye, Peter
