Connecting to sybase via sybase jdbc (screen shot provided)

Roger, 

Aliases are ignored when using connection via sybase jdbc driver.  It works when connected via odbc/jdbc bridge...  However, was never a problem in earlier versions of dvbis (5.0.x)

select ORDER_ID OrderID
from Table

Product:  DbVisualizer Personal 5.1.1
Build:  #1162 (2006/10/16 14:11)
Java VM:  Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
Java Version:  1.4.2_08-b03
Java Vendor:  Sun Microsystems Inc.

Alex,

I've tested this with 5.1.1, 5.1, 5.0 and 4.3.6 all giving the same result (the same as you get).

Are you sure it has ever worked connected via JDBC driver?

Anyway, I'll file a bug and we will look at it.

To be honest, though I am not certain, I've noticed this problem with the last or two latest updates.
