Cannot change commit batch size

Using dbvis 6.0.14 against a Postgresql database (8.2.7) with 8.1-404 JDBC3 driver (also tested with the default postgresql driver that comes in the dbvis distribution):  I was attempting to change the "commit batch size" to 0, but no matter what I did it always reset itself back to 100.  I tried all sorts of combinations of hitting the "apply" button, disconnect/reconnect, etc. but couldn't get it to change.  Is this possibly a bug?
