"Delete to Word Start" works incorrectly, depending on the cursor location

Hi,
In SQL editor in 8.0.3 sequential invocations of command "Delete to Word Start" may or may not delete words.
If one starts the deletion at the end of a line, the deletions work fine, up to the beginning of the line, as expected.
However, if one places the cursor in the middle of a line and tries to execute the command, it either does not work at all (if the cursor is after a word), or works only for the first time (and then "sticks").
Moreover, sometimes (e.g., if the cursor is initially positioned at the beginning of a word) the command simply moves the cursor 1 character forward (without actually deleting anything).

Best regards,
Stanislav
