"Delete to Word Start" works incorrectly, depending on the cursor location

[This topic is migrated from our old forums. The original author name has been removed]

Hi, In SQL editor in 8.0.3 sequential invocations of command "Delete to Word Start" may or may not delete words. If one starts the deletion at the end of a line, the deletions work fine, up to the beginning of the line, as expected. However, if one places the cursor in the middle of a line and tries to execute the command, it either does not work at all (if the cursor is after a word), or works only for the first time (and then "sticks"). Moreover, sometimes (e.g., if the cursor is initially positioned at the beginning of a word) the command simply moves the cursor 1 character forward (without actually deleting anything). Hi Stanislav, Thanks for reporting this. A similar issue exists for Delete to Word End. Both will be fixed soon. Best Regards, Hans
