Trying to open a no longer existing file from Open Recent : DbVis Software

Trying to open a no longer existing file from Open Recent shows this error (instead of "FIle not found" and removing entry from the recent file list)

Getting this error:  Error Aler: Using encoding: US-ASCII

Not a biggie, just fyi :)
