Hi, From googling a bit, it seems like Hive comes with a JDBC driver: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/Hive/User+FAQ#UserFAQ-DoesHivehaveaJDBCDriver%3F You need to create a driver definition for it in DbVisualizer and load the driver JAR file.
