Cursor should not blink when being moved

Hi, You previously fixed that the cursor does not blink when being moved by arrow keys. However, the following 2 problems remain: - cursor should not blink when typing - cursor should not blink when being moved by Ctrl + Arrow keys The second one is especially annoying.
