how to change the x-axis & y-axis range in charts

I am trying to create a chart with x-axis (dur in sec) and y-axis (text). I want to control the x-axis range defined, could not see the options. Is it possible.

The range of the axis is automatically set and cannot be manually adjusted.

Can you please share some details what you are looking for?
