@export set RowCount="-1";

Why isn't "RowCount" present in http://confluence.dbvis.com/display/UG91/Exporting+Query+Results.

I have find this parameter when copy/paste export setting from GUI.

It looks like I was too fast in updating the Users Guide. This parameter has been replaced by @set maxrows command, please see this thread for details:
