Unable to add Composite View driver

Hello, 
I'm using DB vis 4.3.3 and I'm trying to establish connection to compostive view by adding its driver. The driver file seems to work fine for my colleagues. However I get "*no new driver classes*" message when I add the driver. can some help in figuring what could cause this? screenprint attached

I suggest you give the latest 9.1.x version a try since 4.3.3 is very old and unsupported.
