dbvis display strangely in vm-ware machine

hi guys, I installed dbvis in vm-ware machine, os is win7. I found that it dispalyed strangely. pls refer to attachment. It works well in real machine, Does anyone konw the reason. ThankYou.

Hi, What is the native OS on the machine? If you are using Mac OS X, is it then a Retina display? Regards Roger

native os is also Win7.

Hi, I have no other idea than that it is an issue only seen when using VMWare. What happen if you resize the window? Regards Roger
