Password tranmission over network

Database Type: Sybase ASE Version: 15.0.3 Sybase ASE provides an option to transmit password in encrypted form on the network during logon. Does anyone know how do we enable this option in DB Visualizer?

Ni Naveen, If you use the bundled jTDS JDBC driver, you need to set the driver property named "ssl" to the value "request" or "require". Driver properties are specified in the Properties tab for the connection. Please see the jTDS driver documentation for more details: http://jtds.sourceforge.net/faq.html Best Regards, Hans
