Import Table Data on 9.2.3 Pro

I can't import table data in .csv file format or other.  The tool allows me to try to try to import into "Current Database Table" (which has worked for me, though not 100% of the time) but the "New Database Table" option is grayed out.

I'm trying to import to SQL Server.

I'm on a Mac running Mavericks 10.9.5.

Has anyone else encountered this?  Something basic, or thornier?

Jack,

If you are looking to import to a new table, right-click on the Tables node in the Databases tab and chose "Import Table Data".
