Driver JDBC/ODBC bridge not found

hello to all of the community !

I need a hand with a connection to the database TecDoc .

I can not find in the list driver JDBC / ODBC bridge to connect to the database . why? does anyone know where I can download it ?

The JDBC-ODBC bridge driver is removed by Oracle starting from Java 8. Please check the following FAQ for more information:
