PostgresSQL Connection on PGAdmin but Not DBVis

I am able to connect to my database in PGAdmin III but when I use the same information in DBVisualizer it tells me that the password/username is incorrect. I am able to ping the serve so I know that is working fine. I'm confused why I cannot login because I am using the same login information in PGAdmin.

Tim, If you are using DbVisualizer 9.2 or later, please open Help->Contact Support after you have tried connect. It will collect some information about your environment which is useful for us determine what is going on. Regards Roger

Thanks Roger. I've used the support option. Hopefully the problem can be solved.
