I get following exception when I am trying fetch the tables.

com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlException: DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-471, SQLSTATE=55023, SQLERRMC=SYSIBM.SQLTABLES;00E7900C, DRIVER=4.17.30

Hi,

Which DbVisualizer version are you using and what flavor of DB2 is it (DB2 LUW, DB2 z/OS, or DB iSeries)?

Make sure the Database Type settings in the Connection setup is set properly to match the flavor of DB2.
