view and adjust Oracle instance (memory) settings

Hi there, i am wondering if DBVIS can handle to view or adjust ORACLE instance settings like SGA memory ... I do not want to install and use the ORACLE enterprise manager. Anyhelp is welcome. Thanxs, Uwe
