How to prevent/hide the black CmdPrompt when starting DBvis?

When I start DBvis on Win 7 by clicking on dbvisgui.bat then at first a black CmdPrompt window appears (before the actual DBvis GUI window). How can I prevent the opening of this CmDPrompt window? Is should be at least hidden in TaskBar or - even better - minimized to SysTray. Peter

Peter, The bat scripts are primarily to assist tool developers how to launch Java for DbVisualizer with all necessary settings. If there is no specific reason I suggest you use the dbvis.exe launcher instead. Regards Roger
