Slow coordinate mouseover display in charts

Also seen in v8, hovering over a data point in a graph takes varying amounts of time before the popup with the point coordinates is displayed. Ideally, the display would be nearly instantaneous, so that interactively navigating a chart would be easier. (v90.1849)
