Renaming a connection doesn't update favourites

If you add a table to favourites then rename the connection that object is accessed from then it breaks the favourite. The favourite cannot then be opened in a new tab and, other than editing the favorites.xml manually there's no way to edit the favourites and enter the new connection name.
