Java icon on some dialogs

The following dialogs have a Java icon instead of dbVisualizer's icon:
- File > Printer Setup
- Tools > Compare Objects > Compare Text

Geff,

We'll fix icons for compare in next  version. The printer setup window is provided by Java and changing the icon is unfortunately not possible.
