Setup installer for 710.1555

It's not really a bug in just this version but something it's long nigh time was changed... When installing from the setup file, the checkbox to associate with .sql files is always pre-checked. This is regardless of the fact that I have un-checked this in every previous version I have installed as I want .sql files to open in a text editor. It would be very nice if the setup program could check the .dbvis folder to see whether this option was used in the past and replicate a user's previous choice.
