Geometry not saved properly when using dual monitors

I have a dual monitor setup, usually running DB Visualizer on the right one.  Whenever I close the application and reopen, the geometry (panel dividers specifically) seems to get reset to some default state and I have to resize the panels everytime I begin working.  This doesn't happen if I keep it on the left (or what would appear to be the default) monitor.  Also, if I have it full screen and minimize it, upon restore it doesn't come back full screen.  Seems like it it probably the same or a similar issue.

Seem to be a problem related to when running dual monitors. We'll check it.
