...this shouldn't even be something you need to do. Get your employer to give you bulk/copy permission.
The only use case for this feature is when you don't have permissions for bulk and/or copy methods. A large file of insert statements is the absolute worst way to load data on nearly every sql flavor.

Your request is certainly appropriate and as Hans said in his first reply we've added your vote for it.
Are you looking to export from DbVisualizer and later import using DbVisualizer? If this is true, there is experimental support for bulk import. What you do is to export in CSV and then enable the experimental bulk import to import the data.

I saw a post from the distant past that requested the ability to generate multi-row insert statements when exporting data from a SQL Server table. This would be a very nice feature to have as it would save a tremendous amount of time when inserting large data sets.
