dbvisualizer will not start

Ubuntu 16.04LTS 64-bit. DbVisualizer 9.5.2. I purchased a license.


From command line:


$ dbvis

OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM warning: ignoring option MaxPermSize=192m; support was removed in 8.0

CompilerOracle: exclude javax/swing/text/GlyphView.getBreakSpot

Hi Ben,


Please try with the Oracle Java VM, available at http://java.com. We occasionally get reports about issues with the OpenJDK VM and switching to the Oracle Java VM usually solves them.
