Impossible to connect with jdbc but with Toad Yes

 Hi,

If I try to configure a oracle connection with dbvisualizer and Oracle Thin. When I do ping to server it says me: ping timeout .....I can't connect to database.

If I configure with Toad I don't have any problem to can connect to my database remote.

Somebody could help me please?

With service name same error:

I have in my set-up a socks5 proxy. I don't know if there is a problem with these. Although like I've said with Toad I don't have any problem
