thanks for providing the article. Indeed a combination of changing to Windows classic theme and the connection speed of RDP helped to resolved the issue for me. Its not a perfect solution, but at least I know now whats going on and how to resolve it. :-)
Hi DBVis team,
I just connected to my PC running DBVis 10.0.2 using windows remote desktop (RDP). So far no issues. But when I returned on site and logged in, I found that the DBVis GUI was completely scrambled and unrecognizable, see attached screenshot. I could reproduced the problem several times and it also seems to be an issues with older DBVis versions (9.5.7). Can you reproduced the problem?
